Wanna Build a Snowman?

Join us and create your own winter snowman in this basics-plus workshop! You will learn the techniques of ‘poking’ wool roving with specialty-barbed needles to dry felt a snowman with the accessories of your choice. No prior experience needed.

Included in Class Fee:

· Instruction reference sheet

· Felting Foam Pad

· Set of 3 needles: 36T, 38T, 40T

· Needle holder

· Wool roving to complete the snowman and assorted colors for hat, scarf, ear-muffs, etc.

· Band-aids! (you will poke yourself at least once)

Available for purchase:

· Additional needles ($1.25 each)

· Upgraded needles with comfort handles ($3.50 each)

Join us and recreate your favorite storybook dog in felt! You will learn the techniques of ‘poking’ wool roving with specialty-barbed needles to dry felt a character in the scale of your choice. No prior experience needed. 

The Chicago International is our only workshop where we encourage you to choose what you want to felt. You can make one of our models – or choose something else entirely. For example: pets, animals, bearskin rugs... realistic or fanciful. We help you create!

We provide all the materials and tools needed to complete the sculpture. The tools and patterns are yours to keep. 

Due to the range of possibilities, we require pre-class information, so we will have the correct tools and materials available for you. We will contact you approximately 2 weeks before the class.
